Tri My Best Adaptive Triathlon 2024: September 8

St. Louis Children's Hospital's Tri My Best, hosted at Washington University, is an adaptive triathlon for children with movement disabilities. Athletes train throughout the year and complete versions of the swim, cycle and run tailored to each athlete's mobility level. Tri My Best is designed to give the athlete a reason to train and stay active throughout the year by promoting physical fitness and endurance outside of the hospital walls and providing an experience they wouldn't otherwise have.

Miles on a Mission

St. Louis Children's invites you to participate in Miles on a Mission in support of our Tri My Best Athletes. Celebrate 10 years of Tri My Best by completing 10 miles. Donate $30 to participate in this challenge, with all proceeds benefiting cerebral palsy programming. Utilized by many of our Tri My Best athletes, these programs are designed to promote the integration of young people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities into sports activities.
